About the role:

We are looking to expand the tribe and bring in a new Finance Assistant to support our growth and continue the Two Tribes journey. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations at Two Tribes, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Our ideal fit will have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, a flexible ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work confidently without day-to-day supervision & to deadlines.

Starting June/July, with hybrid working an option (our office is in Kings Cross)

Option for compressed or pro-rata hours.

Experienced-based salary between £25,000 - £30,000

The opportunity to join one of London’s fasting growing breweries and get involved in multiple community, arts, music and hospitality initiatives. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Regular bank reconciliations.
  • Processing of supplier invoices for payment through the financial system and preparation of payment runs.
  • Management of the credit control process.
  • Reconciliation of the invoice financing facility.
  • Regular supplier and customer account reconciliations.
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
  • Management of the weekly and monthly payroll processes.
  • Oversight of the processing of staff expenses.
  • Intercompany journals and reconciliations.
  • Reconciliation of Amazon and Shopify accounts.
  • Assisting with Balance Sheet reconciliations where required.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Assisting in the management of the annual audit process.
  • Setting up of new Sales ledger accounts on the order system.
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks as required the finance and wider team.
