CONTRACT: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours

LOCATION: London, in the KX Office

REPORTS TO: Operations Director

At Two Tribes, we're all about creating exceptional beers inspired by our love for innovation, collaboration and London culture. We are looking to expand the tribe and bring in a new Operations & Sales Support Manager to support our growth and continue the Two Tribes journey.

In this role, you’ll support the operations and sales team by processing orders efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries, managing our orders and inventory systems, and optimising stock movements. Your role will be key to ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain while maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners. This role is based on site, at our Kings Cross brewery, warehouse, and office. 

The role:

• Process orders promptly and accurately, following up on missing orders and escalate to account managers as needed, and ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries for our customers.
• Working with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure deliveries are scheduled effectively around London, meeting our distribution days.
• Providing first-line support for dispense issues, resolving them over the phone when possible and arranging on-site support if necessary.
• Efficient stock & inventory management, maintaining accurate records in Breww, assisting the operations team with inventory tracking, and monitoring stock levels to optimise product flow and prevent stockouts.

• Building and keeping great relationships with the Two Tribes teams and our customers, fostering collaboration and trust.

About you:

• Passion for beer and the brewing industry.
• Strong IT skills (Excel, email, inventory management systems).
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Highly analytical with an eye for detail.
• Experience with Breww is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of beer troubleshooting and flavour profiles.
