Things to Do in London > Pickle & Canvas 2nd Hand Record Fair
Here’s one for all you crate diggers!
On April 8, The Pickle Factory will begin hosting a monthly 2nd hand record fair at their venue in Bethnal Green. On the first Saturday of each month, they’ll invite a rotating cast of the UK’s top 2nd hand sellers. From renowned shops to private sellers.
It’ll be part of a bumper Saturday afternoon across all 3 of their spaces, which also includes a curated food and drinks programme in their Cocktail Bar, and a day party in Pickle Factory.
For our first edition, Canvas hosts the mighty House of Dog Records, along with Rubber Ducky Records, Piers Harrison and Toby Tobias, DJs from Loose and Bizarre Trax, and for something a bit different, 20K and a dead sheep, Manchester-based vendors of rare books on rave culture.
In the Cocktail Bar, there’ll be properly nice food and booze from local businesses we like - sarnies from Dom's Subs/Impeccable Sandwiches, pints from Two Tribes Brewing Co, cocktails from Behind This Wall, and natural wine from Djuce Wines.
And in Pickle Factory itself, a day party with Friends of the Pickle spinning all afternoon long. Mother Earth Sounds and the fellas from Bizarre Trax and Loose London join us on 8th April.
Tickets are £4 / £5 OTD, a portion of which goes to Hackney Night Shelter, a charity working to end homelessness in East London.
